2021亚洲艺术品金融论坛(第六届) 暨“艺术赋能•数见未来”高峰论坛成功举办(图文)(图文)

本次论坛由联合国教科文组织 、中国文物交流中心 、中国文化艺术发展促进会指导, 亚洲艺术品金融商学院主办, 亚太交流与合作基金会协办,中国国际进口博览会邀请,重曦教育投资(上海)有限公司承办, 上海陆家嘴金融城发展局有限公司、中国信息金融中心、中国文化金融50人论坛、中国首席经济学家论坛、工业和信息化部工业文化发展中心、上海华夏经济发展研究院、中国工艺美术集团有限公司支持。

本届“艺术赋能•数见未来”高峰论坛中,亚洲艺术品金融商学院创始人、院长范勇;中国文物交流中心主任谭平;中国文化艺术发展促进会主席、中国美术家协会副主席杨晓阳;亚太交流与合作基金会执行副主席、世界博物馆联合会执行主席肖武男;中国贸促会中国对外贸易理事会副理事长、中国文联所属中国当代民间艺术发展金基会执行主席、世界青商常务副主席郎晓雷分别进行致辞,通过线上视频与线下讲话的方式预祝论坛圆满成功,表达希望论坛可促进文化艺术与金融的结合,找到为整个上海构建全球金融中心一个突破点,或者可复制、可借鉴的模式,为2023年达到社会主义文化强国的总体战略目标做出更大贡献。与会领导还有中华商标协会副会长、上海市版权协会副会长、“中华熊猫”创始人徐正标;中国酒业协会固态白酒原酒委员会理事长谢明。



论坛特邀来自全国各地的文化产业界、文化艺术界、艺术收藏界、金融界的广大专家、学者和艺术家们来到论坛现场,逾200人参加了本次论坛活动,较去年同比增长15%。同时,本届论坛继续全面升级和拓展数字领域的项目与合作,以更好地适应疫情防疫政策下的地域局限性,加深与国内外观众交流。此次论坛通过长三角平台独家直播,并获得非凡的线上参与程度,截至目前总观看人数达35.89万人,相比去年同比增长10%,证实了艺术品金融市场前景深受瞩目。
The forum specially invited experts, scholars and artists from the cultural industry, culture and art, art collection and financial circles from all over the country to the forum. More than 200 people participated in the forum, an increase of 15% over last year. At the same time, the forum will continue to comprehensively upgrade and expand projects and cooperation in the digital field, so as to better adapt to the geographical limitations under the epidemic prevention policy and deepen exchanges with audiences at home and abroad. The forum was broadcast live exclusively through the Yangtze River Delta platform and obtained an extraordinary degree of online participation. So far, the total number of viewers has reached 358900, an increase of 10% year-on-year compared with last year, which confirms that the prospect of the art financial market has attracted much attention.

后疫情时代经济复苏的要求倒逼数字化文化产业升级,同时文化与艺术领域的新业态因其自身特点快速崛起,成为经济发展、城市升级、创新发展生态体系的新型助推剂。文化产业如何进行商业化金融化的转型升级为热点议题。深研我国文化产业的市场现状,把握文化艺术市场的特点及规律,对于振兴文化产业、促进其成为我国国民经济支柱性产业具有关键意义。
The requirements of economic recovery in the post epidemic era force the upgrading of digital cultural industry. At the same time, new business forms in the field of culture and art rise rapidly due to their own characteristics, becoming a new booster for economic development, urban upgrading and innovative development ecosystem. How to transform and upgrade the cultural industry into commercialization and financialization has become a hot topic. To deeply study the current market situation of China's cultural industry and grasp the characteristics and laws of the cultural and art market is of key significance for revitalizing the cultural industry and promoting it to become a pillar industry of China's national economy.

在《“十四五”文化产业发展规划》中国家主席习近平指出,谋划“十四五”时期发展,要高度重视发展文化产业。发展文化产业是满足人民多样化、高品位文化需求的重要基础,也是激发文化创造活力、推进文化强国建设的必然要求。展望2035年,我国将建成社会主义文化强国,文化产业发展质量效益、文化产业对国民经济发展的支撑和带动作用将达到新的高度。在“2021年世界互联网大会”致大会贺信中习近平同志指出:“数字技术正以新理念、新业态、新模式全面融入人类经济、政治、文化、社会、生态文明建设各领域和全过程,给人类生产生活带来广泛而深刻的影响”,开拓数字文化产业蓝海具有先进意义。
The development of cultural industry is not only an important basis to meet the diversified and high-grade cultural needs of the people, but also an inevitable requirement to stimulate the vitality of cultural creation and promote the construction of a cultural power. In 2035, China will become a powerful socialist country in terms of industrial quality and cultural development, and will achieve a high degree of support for China's national economic and cultural development. 



在新时代变革之际,我们不仅要聚焦数字化转型发展,也需要承担相对应的社会责任,坚持以文化建构未来、共筑人类命运共同体。2021年8月17日召开的中央财经委员会第十次会议提出“构建初次分配、再分配、三次分配协调配套的基础性制度安排”,此刻“第三次分配”再次引起全社会的关注,成为艺术财富管理的热门话题。为进一步推动国内的艺术品金融行业的创新发展,促进国内外艺术品金融行业交流学习,协助艺术品金融行业的可持续性发展,在前五届的基础上,本届论坛围绕“艺术赋能•数见未来”展开两场主题演讲及两场圆桌讨论,邀请到来自文化产业、金融机构、艺术品市场与学术机构、科技产业等领域的具有影响力的专家学者及领军人物。

At this moment, the "third distribution" has once again attracted the attention of the whole society and become a hot topic of Art wealth management. In order to further promote the innovative development of domestic art finance industry, promote the exchange and learning of domestic and foreign art finance industry, and assist the sustainable development of art finance industry, on the basis of the previous five sessions, this forum launched two keynote speeches and two round table discussions around "art empowerment • see the future", inviting people from cultural industry, financial institutions Influential experts, scholars and leaders in art market, academic institutions, science and technology industry and other fields.

本次论坛分为上下半场,分别进行了主题讲座及圆桌讨论。上半场演讲主题为“艺术品金融赋能产业新格局”。亚洲艺术品金融商学院创始人、院长范勇;中央财经大学文化与传媒学院院长刘双舟;中国人民大学应用经济学院副院长、中国人民大学中国艺术品金融研究所副所长黄隽;资深国际声誉管理、跨文化、跨界品牌专家李蕾;北京瀚和文化传播有限公司创始人、大地艺术节中国项目发起人、“艺术在浮梁”项目总策划孙倩;上海上市公司协会秘书长钱衡,分别就“艺术品金融发展报告”、“文化产业与产业文化”、“第三次分配与文化艺术”、“文化艺术赋能品牌新格局”、“从越后妻有到浮梁寒溪——艺术创生,乡村振兴的中国实践”、“文化给产品插上翅膀”进行主题演讲。圆桌论坛则在上海妙点网络科技有限公司总经理、财经头条创始人许征宇的主持下,由中国银河证券首席经济学家、亚洲金融合作协会绿色委员会执行副主任委员、中国证券业协会首席经济学家委员会委员刘锋;欧美同学基金会秘书长李海菊;惠裕全球家族智库(FOTT)、《家族办公室杂志》创始人范晓曼;资深艺术市场媒体人邱家和;原中国工商银行总行私人银行部营销专家、原工银家族财富投资管理有限公司高级顾问杨挥,进行了“第三次分配背景下的艺术财富管理与传承”课题的讨论,在精彩的思辨和头脑风暴中进一步扩大了论坛讨论维度。
 
下半场演讲主题为“数字科技助力艺术新业态”,深圳海王集团首席经济学家、中国银行原副行长、文化金融100人论坛理事长王永利;中拍协艺委会秘书长余锦生;中央美术学院设计学院数码媒体工作室教授及主任费俊;新媒体艺术家、四川美术学院新媒体艺术系硕导、特聘教授、青鸟新媒体艺术艺术总监林俊廷;著名艺术策展人、艺术批评家顾振清;中国艺术产业园联盟执行主席、观唐文化股份董事长李保刚,分别就“元宇宙与NFT”、“拍卖市场的数字化进程”、“数字科技与数字艺术实践”、“「穿梭数字宇宙,拓展文化边界」——以新媒体艺术为实践,构建未来新世界”、“加密艺术的源起、特性与发展前景”、“文创IP产品开发和文博资源数字化”进行主题演讲,对新兴业态的现状及发展进行前瞻性的展望。并进行由中国(上海)自贸区研究院(浦东改革与发展研究院)金融研究室主任刘斌,《算力智库》创始人、全球数字资产管理公司瑞新资本CEO燕丽,中国最早的加密艺术家之一、中国美术学院版画硕士、美协会员、NFT艺术家章愳 ZOOJOO主持了“数字艺术产业未来:元宇宙”圆桌讨论,深入探讨了时下热点的元宇宙及NFT加密艺术,分别从人文艺术、资本注入、技术支持和项目实操等方面来阐述元宇宙背景下艺术金融的机遇和挑战。参与嘉宾分别是:大成基金副总经理兼首席经济学家、中国人民银行金融研究所前所长姚余栋;北京奥林匹克文化促进会研究中心主任苏彤;《小康》杂志社编委、政务大数据中心主任张志;苏州香山古建总建筑师、元宇宙文旅天届36宫创建者张鸿。
 


四场讲座及圆桌均获得了与会嘉宾的积极反馈,众位专家学者将学术研究理论与金融创新实践结合,方法与建议并举,从时下热点切入探讨洞见,引领前沿艺术品金融行业。为了更好地促进艺术品金融大生态的可持续发展,本次论坛还与著名企业单位中视熊猫控股有限公司建立战略框架合作,明确了长期的合作基础与发展方向。
The four lectures and round tables received positive feedback from the participants. Experts and scholars combined academic research theory with financial innovation practice, developed both methods and suggestions, explored insights from current hot spots, and led the cutting-edge art finance industry. In order to better promote the sustainable development of the art financial ecology, the forum also established a strategic framework cooperation with the famous enterprise Zhongshi panda Holding Co., Ltd., and defined the long-term cooperation foundation and development direction.

亚洲艺术品金融商学院院长范勇先生在致辞中指出,论坛以第四届进博会为起点,着力带动文化艺术产业的创新升级,进一步放大进博会溢出效应,带动长三角消费产业生态的整体升级。提到了中国即将迎来一个全民艺术的浪潮,同时消费升级也将带动产业文化艺术化,在企业转型升级中通过挖掘独特文化为自己的品牌赋能成为新趋势,为复活传统企业开辟新的创新路径。乡村面貌更新及城市人文社区的打造的迫切愿望也使得对非遗保护和转化和城市规划空间重塑的需求提高,通过艺术感召的力量促进本土可持续发展,在保护当地人文建筑环境的前提下进行再创造,打造人文生态的城市。艺术数字经济创造机遇同时也暗藏危机。同时提到艺术引导财富向善,道德金融、财富向善、社会责任将成为金融创新研究方向。并于最后畅想亚洲艺术金融商学院的使命,提出“我们相信艺术可以让世界重来一遍”,亚洲艺术品金融商学院的使命就是为中国艺术品金融化的发展提供坚实的人才基础平台,帮助国家建立艺术品金融市场的基础设施。在艺术品金融创新方面不断探索,为中国民族文化艺术传承做出贡献。通过培养艺术金融复合型跨界人才,来保护和传承人类财富。
In his speech, Mr. Fan Yong, President of Asian Art finance and business school, pointed out that the forum takes the fourth China International Fair as the starting point, focuses on driving the innovation and upgrading of the culture and art industry, further amplifies the spillover effect of China International Fair, and drives the overall upgrading of the consumption industry ecology in the Yangtze River Delta. It is mentioned that China is about to usher in a wave of national art. At the same time, consumption upgrading will also drive the artistry of industrial culture. In the transformation and upgrading of enterprises, mining unique culture to empower their own brands has become a new trend and open up a new innovation path for reviving traditional enterprises. The urgent desire to renew the rural appearance and build an urban humanistic community also increases the demand for the protection and transformation of intangible cultural heritage and the reconstruction of urban planning space. Through the power of artistic inspiration, we can promote the local sustainable development, recreate on the premise of protecting the local humanistic architectural environment, and build a humanistic ecological city. Art digital economy creates opportunities, but also hides crises. At the same time, it is mentioned that art guides wealth to the good, and moral finance, wealth to the good and social responsibility will become the research direction of financial innovation. Finally, I imagined the mission of the Asian Art finance business school and put forward that "we believe that art can make the world come again". The mission of the Asian Art finance business school is to provide a solid talent foundation platform for the development of China's art financialization and help the country build the infrastructure of the art financial market. Continue to explore the financial innovation of works of art and make contributions to the inheritance of Chinese national culture and art. Protect and inherit human wealth by cultivating cross-border talents of art and finance.

本届论坛得到中国国际进口博览会和上海虹桥国际中央商务区管理委员会鼎力支持。近期第四届中国国际进口博览会在虹桥国际中央商务区的国家会展中心举办,首设的文物艺术品板块持续受到各方关注,成为本届进博会的新亮点和增长点。据上海虹桥国际中央商务区管理委员会主任宗明介绍,到2025年虹桥国际中央商务区将基本建成虹桥国际开放枢纽核心承载区,新规将形成整个长三角跨越行政区划、合作共赢的新关键。
